AI Solutions

From intelligent document processing and predictive analytics to AI-driven workflow automation, we identify the highest-value opportunities within your organisation and build solutions that deliver measurable, practical outcomes.

Our Microsoft expertise ensures your Copilot and broader AI deployments are configured, governed, and secured in alignment with your existing infrastructure, minimising risk while maximising adoption across your teams.

As AI technology continues to evolve at pace, we provide the strategic oversight and ongoing guidance needed to ensure your investment remains current, compliant, and firmly aligned with where your business is heading.

Trucell delivered ClariRad QA on NVIDIA-accelerated inference, holds NVIDIA Partner Network membership, runs Microsoft 365 Copilot deployments as a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider, and is ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 9001:2015 certified.

What we actually ship

Three concrete lanes. Every one ties back to work Trucell has already delivered or operates under audit.

Microsoft 365

Copilot governed rollout

Microsoft 365 Copilot enabled inside your existing identity, tenant, and data-loss-prevention posture. Permissions cleaned up before the model sees the data, sensitivity labels enforced, and a usage and licence model the finance team can sign off.

Adoption that survives a security review.

Microsoft 365 service line
Document and workflow

Intelligent document processing

Invoice intake, referral capture, contract review and similar paper-to-system flows handled by a small, governed model with a human in the loop. Pipelines built on Microsoft, Azure OpenAI, or open-weight models on Trucell Private Cloud depending on residency and cost.

Hours of manual data entry returned every week.

Custom AI on NVIDIA

Production inference, accelerated

For organisations that need their own model, retrieval-augmented generation, or real-time inference inside a clinical or operational workflow. Trucell is a registered NVIDIA Partner Network member and ships ClariRad QA on NVIDIA GPUs.

AI that sits inside the workflow, not after it.

Frequently asked questions

Common planning questions for AI Solutions.

Where does our data go when you build AI on top of it?

Microsoft 365 Copilot work stays in your Microsoft tenant under your existing data-residency and DLP rules. Custom or open-weight model work is hosted on Trucell Private Cloud or a colocation environment under our ISO 27001:2022 certified controls. Either path is documented up front so legal and security can sign off before the model is connected to anything sensitive.

What does a first Copilot rollout actually cost and how long does it take?

Most first Copilot rollouts land between four and eight weeks: a permissions and label cleanup phase, a pilot ring of named users, and then a wider release with a usage and licence model. We scope a fixed-price discovery for the first phase so finance can plan against a known number rather than an open-ended consulting bill.

How do you handle hallucinations in clinical, legal, or financial workflows?

We do not deploy generative AI as the final decision maker in regulated workflows. The pattern is human-in-the-loop with the model surfacing or drafting and a qualified person signing. For clinical workflows, ClariRad QA is the worked example: it flags issues for the radiologist before signature, the radiologist still signs the report. Same pattern applies for invoice approval, contract review, and similar.

Do we need our own GPUs to do custom AI?

Not for most workloads. Copilot and Azure-hosted models consume capacity inside your existing Microsoft tenant. Custom and open-weight models can run on Trucell-managed NVIDIA GPU capacity priced per workload. We only recommend dedicated GPU hardware when the use case (sustained high-throughput inference, strict data-residency on-premises) justifies the capital.

Is this aligned with TGA, RANZCR, or sector-specific governance?

AI that touches clinical reporting, diagnostic image interpretation, or any classified workflow gets a documented classification conversation up front: is the tool assistive or autonomous, what is the risk class, what evidence is needed. Trucell operates an ISO 27001:2022 certified ISMS and an ISO 9001:2015 certified QMS, so the governance posture under the AI work is auditable.

Who owns the model and the prompts after go-live?

You do. Prompts, model versions, and integration code sit in source control you have access to, with a change record. Trucell can continue to operate the run-state under a managed agreement or hand it over to your team with a documented runbook. Either way the handover is explicit, not "trust the consultant".

Can you start small without committing to a platform?

Yes. The usual starting point is a discovery week: we sit with one team, watch how work actually happens, and come back with two or three concrete AI opportunities ranked by feasibility and value. From there you pick one. No platform commitment is required until the first opportunity has been worth delivering.
