Do you come on site, or is support remote only?
Both. Most day to day issues are resolved quickly by remote monitoring and helpdesk, but we attend on site across Western Sydney and Sydney metro whenever a problem is physical: server and network hardware, cabling, imaging workstations, new offices, and fit outs. On site attendance is part of how we work locally, not an exception billed as an emergency.
