ClariRad RIS is the radiology information system Trucell builds and supports in Australia, and it suits ultrasound only practices well. We also support practices running Voyager, QUBS, or Comrad, managing the environment those systems run on and coordinating the vendors. The registrations themselves sit with your practice and Services Australia: LSPN for your location and equipment, PRODA for your people, and the HW027 form for your Minor ID. We are not a registered agent, so we work alongside you or your practice manager through those processes, and we own the IT side that makes them work: secure connectivity, claiming software, certificates, and testing before your first claim. After a fit out readiness call you get a scoped quote split into essential (must open), optional (can wait or upgrade later), and explicit exclusions. Typical exclusions unless line itemed: structured cabling and cabinet works, carrier SIM and data for 5G backup, toner and printer consumables, and manufacturer hardware warranties beyond what we arrange on the PO. Spare toner, second scanners, and non critical peripherals stay optional so the essential path stays finance ready.
It depends on rooms, machines, and whether your RIS and PACS run in the cloud or on premise, so we do not publish a single figure. The quote shows essential versus optional lines with exclusions called out, so you can open lean and add later. For phones, hosted PBX is priced per user per month with no PBX hardware maintenance contract, and you can bring your current phone bill for a side by side comparison before you commit.
